INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION MANUFACTURERS’ ASSOCIATION
Industrial Automation Manufacturers’ Association (ENOSAD) was founded in Sept. 2004 in Istanbul under leadership of 16 national and multinational corporations, working in the field of industrial process control and automation. ENOSAD is the first organisation of Turkish Industry in her field.
Since its establishment, ENOSAD has grown by being the center of attraction among industrial companies using and / or applying high technology, both national and multinational origin.
In accordance with its vision and mission, ENOSAD is setting higher standarts each and every day with rising success.
Activities of ENOSAD are mainly;
Ø Introduction and promotion of the Association and its activities to related Governmental bodies and Ministries like; participation to activities of ELTEK (Technical Committee of Electric and Electronics Industry) and MAKTEK (Technical Committee for Machinery) of Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology,
Ø Establishment of cooperation with public authorities, professional chambers, unions and associations of similar objectives, universities and technical schools,
Ø Introduction of the Association and Members to foreign Diplomatic Missions,
Ø Participation to sector related domestic and international exhibitions,
Ø Focusing on problems of the sector and taking part in activities to solve determined problems,
ENOSAD has been organizing forums and panels on automation, robotics and industry 4.0 - digitalization in important sectoral fairs that contribute to the development of our country's industry.
ENOSAD has been participating in panels and forums in event days, conferences and congresses organized by universities, public institutions and organizations, professional chambers and sector components.
In line with the demands of sectoral media and press, promotion of the association and its member companies, news and articles on Industry 4.0 (Digitalization in Industry) etc. studies are being carried out.
ENOSAD shares its activities with large audiences through social media and continues to share with active participation.
For the first time, "International Advanced Industrial Automation Technologies Congress and Exhibition” based on “Industry 4.0” framework has been organized by ENOSAD in December 2014.
ENOSAD participated to “Digital Technologies in Industry” and “Advanced Manufacturing Techniques” workgroups of “Digital Transformation Platform for Industry” which has been established in 2017 by Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology with participation of Chairmans of Turkey’s leading organisations and associations of Investors, Manufacturers and Private enterprises (TOBB / TİM / TÜSİAD / MÜSİAD / YASED and TTGV) as Executive Board Members. ENOSAD has taken an active role in these workgroups and contributed to the process of preparing the Digital Transformation Roadmap in Manufacturing Industry in Turkey.
With its vision, field of activity and its member profile, ENOSAD continues to contribute to works carried out in this field in line with its acceptance as a competent institution within the relevant Ministries, public institutions and organizations regarding Industry 4.0 (Digitalization in Industry)
In addition, with the participation of member companies within the body of ENOSAD, an Industry 4.0 Committee has been established in order to work on explaining, developing and implementing Industry 4.0 correctly.
ENOSAD, which has 100 members operating in Plant Automation, Process Automation, Assembly Line Automation, Robotics, Industry 4.0 and similar fields, also has 11 Academic Committee members consisting of Bilkent University, Boğaziçi University, Doğuş University, Dokuz Eylül University, Istanbul Gedik University, Istanbul Technical University, Karadeniz Technical University, Marmara University, Sabancı University and Yıldız Technical University.
ENOSAD is a member of Turkish Mechanical Industry Platform (MSSP), Turkish Machinery Federation (MAKFED) and The International Federation of Robotics (IFR).
